By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

General Information

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission without the need for explanation.
-Personal use ONLY
-Commercial Use x2 original base price

Payment/Refund Policy

-Payments will be accepted through TnG/Bank transfer
-Full payment is required upfront after sketch is confirmed
-No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.

Process & Delivery

-Rough sketch> Line art > Flat Colors > Final (est. 1-2weeks, 2 months max)
-Completion time based on complexity and schedule
-Revisions can be requested during the sketching stage.
-Limited number of MINOR revisions may be made after completion (typically 2-3).
-Major revisions after completion may incur additional charges.
-If a deadline is required, it must be discussed before the commission is accepted.
-Completed works will be delivered in digital format via email (JPEG/PNG)

Copyright & Usage Rights

-As the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.-You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or printing for personal use.-DO NOT claim the artwork as your own, resell, or reproduce it for profit without prior authorization.
-DO NOT use my art in AI/NFTs
-DO NOT alter, edit, or modify the artwork in any way without my explicit permission.
